No offline classes in Pune for Classes 1 to 8, Classes 9 and 10 to attend school for vaccination
The Maharashtra government has taken the decision to stop all offline classes for Classes 1 to 8 in Pune city and district till January 30. Students of Classes 9 and 10 will be attending school in order to receive the Covid-19 vaccination doses, directed Deputy CM Ajit Pawar.
Meanwhile, online classes will go ahead as before. As many as 19,583 children between 15 and 18 years of age have been vaccinated against Covid-19 in the Pune region on the first day of vaccinating kids.
